Higlue PC 7227 Brushable Ceramic Wear Resistant Coating is a premium two - part epoxy for industrial equipment. Blending ceramic reinforcement and silicon carbide fillers, it resists wear, corrosion and chemical damage. The smooth, flowable, solvent - free formula enables easy brush application. It shields equipment from turbulence, abrasion, chemicals and corrosion to extend service life, reduces friction for efficiency (good for pumps), and suits repairing components like impellers and lining tanks/pipes. A cost - effective, long - lasting solution trusted worldwide – order to safeguard machinery.

Application

How To Use

1. Surface treatment: Roughen the parts to be treated using methods like angle grinder sanding or sandblasting; clean the roughened surface to ensure it is a rough, dry, fresh substrate with no oil or dust.

2. Preparation: Mix components A and B of the small particle wear-resistant protective agent at a mass ratio of 2:1, and use the mixture within 30 minutes.

3. Coating: Apply the uniformly mixed small particle wear-resistant protective agent layer by layer to the area needing repair, with a preferred thickness of 3-10 mm. Compact the adhesive layer to ensure full infiltration into the substrate; once the coating reaches the required size, smooth the surface layer.

4. Curing: At 25℃, cure for 16 hours before putting into use. If the temperature is below 10℃, cure by baking with an iodine tungsten lamp or electric heating plate for 2 hours.
