HiGlue DRI 204 Threadlocker is a preapplied threadlocking adhesive provides excellent resistance to vibration loosening on any threaded fastener including nuts. 

Designed for plated and stainless steel fasteners. High dried adhesion, high strength.

How to use

Pre-coated thread Glue 204 Instructions:

1. Bolt cleaning: clean the glued surface, remove oil and rust, polish properly, clean and dry.
2. Surface treatment: Use coupling agent to treat some surfaces and enhance surface adhesion.
3. Component mixing: mixing ratio is 100g: 3.6g. Stir with non-metallic stick in non-metallic container.
4. Gluing: the brushing should be full and uniform, placed neatly after brushing, with spacing between bolts, not stacked.
5. Drying: dry as soon as possible after gluing, do not allow natural drying. Drying condition: 70-75.
PS: Mix the same day, use up the same day. If not used that day, store refrigerated at 1-3 degrees Celsius and use up within 5 days.
