HiGlue anaerobic pipe thread sealant guarantee hydraulic and pneumatic tightness of the threaded connections.
HiGlue liquid PTFE is designed to be applied to threaded components before assembly. When joining pieces with a threaded fastener, it fill gaps between threads, and help form solid, unitized assemblies.
They prevent fasteners from loosening due to vibration and protect against rust and corrosion, while still allowing parts to be separated using hand tools.

Installation Instructions
a. Use the gears cleand according to the norms and free of oils.
b. It's important to tighten it with a wrench to the last three teeth. Low pressure tests can be performed after the 20th minute.
c. Apply on male and female gears.
d. The start of drying between two gears in 20 minutes.
e. Complete drying between two gears within 24 hours.
f. It's important to tighten it with a wrench to the last thread.
g. Teflonn tape reinforcement is recommended for incompatible tooth problems.
Application
1. It's suitable for locking and sealing of industiral and civil pipes such as fire protection, gas, hot and cold water, air condition, air pressure pipe, oil pipe, instrument, hydraulic pipe, etc...
2. Chemical gas, LPG (gaseous phase), hydrocarbon, oil, water, air etc.
3. Removable anaerobic adhesive for hydraulic joints of products.
