HiGlue 55 is a new, faster, more versatile pipe sealant. It instantly seals (irrespective of ambient temperature) domestic and industrial pipe systems during assembly. Can be safely and confidently used with drinking or waste water (hot or cold), gas, compressed air, and industrial oils. Suitable for metal or plastic pipes Can be backed off to line up fittings without causing leakage. The usage of the sealing cord provides no product wastage on the application, no waste on site and a clean application for both user and parts.
Durable and Tear-Resistant:

a, The fibrous yarn is extremely durable and tear-resistant, which means that it will surely serve you for a long time. Its surface has been covered with an oily, neutral to health paste, which is used to seal joints made of metal and plastic.

b, The thread is not susceptible to sudden changes in temperature and to high pressure, which significantly extends the possible life of the thread.

This pipe thread seal tape is great for sealing tapered pipe threads and fittings of all kind
from brass, metal, steel , plastic , ABS or iron fitting 4" NPT (National Pipe Thread). It can also be used as gas pipe sealant.

The 160m lenght cord supplied in tube serve for both storage and dispensing purposes providing longer lifetime compared to a normal PTFE tape. The tight clear lid secure the cord form drying out and the spool keeps the product in place. Strong cord: The plumbing sealing cord is made of fiber cord which makes it strong and flexible. Coated in white paste allows the product to be precisely applied and spreaded over.
