Thread Sealing Cord - immediate full pressure sealing. Allows reliable re-adjustments.
HIGLUE 55 is designed for sealing of metal and plastic pipes and fittings. It needs no cure time and results in an immediate,full pressure seal. The ideal choice for a quick, easy and reliable seal. The product has approval for gas and potable water and is certified to NSF/ANSI, Standard 61.

Usage:
1. Thread must be cleaned by brush , then wind onto the thread following the direct of the thread
2. Turns: Refer to the form , if it's used to the plastic pipe ,30% of the turns added will be recommended regardless the space of the thread  Cut the string direct by the edge of the packing
3. It's very useful when adjust loosen or tighten disassemble and wind up

 

How to use:

1)Roughen the thread with saw-blade or file.

2)Wind onto one of the first pitches of the thread following the thread direction.

3)Cut the HiGlue 55 sealing cord with the incorporated cutting device and press the loose end onto the thread.

4)Screw on and fasten the joint with a pipe wrench. Reposition if necessary.
