HiGlue 111 is a hand-mixable, non-rusting, ironn reinforced, epoxy repair putty that mixes and is ready to use in just one minute.
When mixed, HiGlue 111 is the consistency of modelling clay and can be moulded into shapes, wrapped around or used to build up and repair just about anything.
HiGlue 111 can be machined, ground, drilled, filed, sanded and painted after 24h.

How To Use

Surface treatment: surface treatment has a great influence on the repair effect. By repairing the surface should be polished rough or sandblasting processing, to grind the base material color, special treatment for some special conditions, such as cast iron pump shell surface rust water zone to the moisture within the surface using the method of flame barbecue shaved, then polished or sandblasting: class for some shaft or hole wear size, on the premise of ensure enough strength, can be polished or turning threads of the rough surface. Rectangular groove or dovetail groove should be polished at the scratched part of the guide rail or cylinder block, and the depth should be more than 2mm.
Cleaning: with cleaning agent or absorbent cotton dipped in acet cleaning polished surface to remove residual oil.
Mixed repair putty: repair putty is composed of A and B two components, the use of strictly in accordance with the provisions of the mixing ratio of A and B components fully mixed, according to the quality ratio A:B = 2:1 or volume ratio A:B = 2:1. Use it up within the specified operable time limit. If the prepared glue is not used up at one time, the remaining glue cannot be used again. It is suggested to use it along with it to reduce waste.
Glue: with the scraper or glue knife will be mixed with good repair putty coated on the surface to repair, can be coated with a little, with the scraper or glue knife repeatedly pressed, so that the repair putty and matrix fully infiltrated filling, and then coated with the rest of the repair putty, set aside enough for processing, or using molding method.
Curing: under normal conditions at room temperature (20~25ºC) curing for 8 hours can be machined, 24 hours can be put into use; When the temperature is below 25ºC, the curing time is appropriately extended. When the temperature of the surface to be repaired is below 15ºC, the proper heating method must be adopted to ensure the curing of the coating.

Mainly apply in filling the air holes and sand holes, sealing the cracks, also, can patch not-structural defects.
