Description:
 
The filling material is a two-component epoxy based filler with high density, high impact resistance and low shrinkage, which is developed based on the Polycon composite technology platform. It is used for filling and sealing the gap between the lining plate and the body of cone type or rotary crusher, providing high impact resistance on the back, protecting the lining plate from impact damage and extending the service life, which is the preferred measure for many mine crushing workshops.
 
Use: Rotary crusher, cone crusher, ball mill and other lining plate or equipment base need gap sealing, casting filling, reinforcement occasions.

Instructions for use:
Polycon backlining filler is an epoxy resin based backlining material, consisting of components A and B. In low temperature and cold areas, it needs to be stored at room temperature for 24 hours before use. At low temperature, the viscosity will become larger, and when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius, the operation time will become shorter and the reaction curing speed will be accelerated. When the temperature is below 10 degrees, the corresponding curing time is extended Mixed specification Mixing ratio weight ratio (main agent: hardener) 10:1, this product hardener for two parts, easy to mix according to the actual dosage, so as not to cause waste. It is strongly recommended to mix all at once with one part of the hardener on. 1. When stirring, the main agent and curing agent can be mixed according to the weight ratio of 10:1, and the curing agent can be added to the main agent. 2. Use a blender to stir the material thoroughly (continuously scraping the side and bottom mixture of the container) until it is evenly mixed, but the time should not exceed 10 minutes.
