HiGlue 577 Pipe Thread Sealant/ Anaerobic Glue

High Strength/ High Viscosity/ Thixotropic/ Coarse Thread up To M80

HiGlue™ 577 Anaerobic Thread Sealant offers immediate low pressure resistance for all metal threads on pipes, joints, and fittings, locking and sealing to resist loosening and leakage during testing, and after cure. It has approval for Potable Water, and protects against corrosion, shock and vibration.

HiGlue 577 will not creep,  shrink, gall, migrate, or block systems.

General purpose thread sealant for straight/straight and straight/taper threads and fittings;
Fills the space between threaded parts and seals and locks at the same time;
Great for overhead applications and fast application at low temperatures;
Excellent chemical and thermal resistance;
Gel-like form results in less migration of product after application.
It will not creep, shrink or shred.
Cures on lightly contaminated surfaces and does not require a primer on inactive metals.
Pressure resistant: ≤10,000psi
