Higlue Cyanoacrylate Instant Adhesive Super Glue is a one-component, low-viscosity, transparent, fast-curing adhesive at room temperature. It has a wide bonding surface and has good bonding ability to most materials. It is one of the important room temperature curing adhesives. The main ingredient is hydrogen acrylate.

Applications:

Application

Instant adhesives (cyanoacrylate-based adhesives) are widely used in daily life due to their fast curing speed, high bonding strength, and easy operation. They effectively solve the problem of repairing small broken items and meet the needs of DIY creation, with the following specific application scenarios:

• Plastic products: Bonding cracked plastic flower pots, broken handles of plastic spoons/forks, and damaged parts of toys (such as joints of Lego bricks or Transformers). It can quickly restore the usability of plastic items without complicated tools.
• Metal products: Fixing loose metal eyeglass frames, mending broken key rings, and reinforcing the handles of stainless steel tableware. For small metal parts that are not under heavy load, instant adhesives are more convenient than welding.
• Other materials: Sealing small cracks on ceramic cups/bowls (for non-load-bearing parts). When using, priority should be given to food-grade instant adhesives to ensure safety if they might come into contact with food. It can also be used for splicing wooden photo frames to repair loose joints.

Usage

1. Clean the bonding surface first, remove the dust, oil, rust, etc. on the bonding surface. When bonding metal, it is best to grind it first. For plastics such as PE, PP or PTEE, the surface should be activated first.

2. It can be used without stirring after opening the can, so as to avoid stirring air to form air bubbles and causing defects on the joint surface. Open the front cover, and lightly tap the tip with your fingers so that no residual liquid remains, then cut out holes with scissors.
3. Put a small drop of adhesive on the surface to be bonded, immediately carry out bonding, and keep it until it hardens. The bonding area should not be too large, and the thickness of the bonding layer should not exceed 0.2mm. When bonding, first apply the adhesive to one side, and then stick the other side.
4. Wipe the container after use, cover the lid, store in a cool and dry place or refrigerate.
