General purpose thread sealant for straight/straight and straight/taper threads and fittings. Fills the space between threaded parts and seals and locks at the same time.

HIGLUE Thread Sealant is designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings as well as other threaded assemblies. The product provides an instant, low-pressure seal for metal pipes and fittings. It will not creep, shrink or shred.It has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and offers less migration of liquid product after application.

* Prevents leakage: It fills all gaps between the mating threads and cures into a hard thermoset plastic that provides 100% seal.

HiGlue 565 is a white to off-white, 1-part, low strength, high viscosity, anaerobically-cured, methacrylate ester, acrylic thread sealant designed for the locking and sealing of metal pipes and fittings. The product cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.

HiGlue 567 is an off-white, low strength, thixotropic methacrylate thread sealant. It cures in the absence of air and by contact with metals when confined within threads up to M80/R3". It is best suited for use on coarse metal threads and its breakaway torque rating is 1.7Nm. Viscosity is 280,000 - 800,000 mPa·s and service temperature -55 to +150ºC.
